Gypsy Soul Wellness was created from a deep desire to support women in coming back into relationship with themselves.
In a fast-paced world that encourages constant movement, productivety, and self-improvement, it's easy to lose touch. Not only with our bodies, but with our intuition, our needs, and our sense of aliveness. Gypsy Soul exists as a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to live from a place that is grounded, honest, and true.
At it's heart, Gypsy Soul Wellness is about creating safety. Safety in the body, in the nervous system, and in the process of self-discovery. From that safety, clarity, confidence, and freedom naturally begin to emerge.

Our work is trauma-informed, body-led, and relational. Meeting each person where they are, without pressure to fix, force, or rush the process. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we draw from a range of practices to support awareness, regulation, and embodiment.

Life & Embodiment Coaching
At Gypsy Soul, life & embodiment coaching offers space to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity. Our approach is trauma-informed, meaning we move at a pace that respects the nervous system and honours your lived experience.
Rather than pushing for change, we explore what's present beneath the surface - patterns, beliefs, desires, and boundries, and support you in creating a way forward that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to you.
This work is collaborative, body-aware, and rooted in safety, choice, and self trust.
This work is especially supportive for women navigating stress, transition, burnout, or life after prolonged survival.
Nervous System & Body-Based Regulation
(Including Access Bars®)
This work supports deep rest, regulation, and recalibration of the nervous system. Sessions may include gentle, hands-on practices such as Access Bars®,
alongside other body based techniques designed to quiet mental overactivity and support the body in shifting out of fight or flight.
This approach does not require talking or processing. Instead, it creates space for the nervous system to settle, allowing clarity, ease, and a sense of grounding to naturally return. Many women experience this work as deeply calming, restorative, and supportive during periods of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm.
1:1 Yoga Therapy & Somatic Embodiment Practices
These sessions focus on building awareness and trust within the body. Through individualized movement, breath, and somatic practices, we support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and a deeper connection to physical and internal cues.
Breathwork
Breathwork offers a direct pathway into the nervous system. Sessions are guided with care and intention, supporting relaxation, presence, and the release of stored tension. Always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Movement
Movement at Gypsy Soul is not about performance or pushing. It's about expression, exploration, and reconnecting with the body's natural rhythms. These practices invite more freedom, playfulness, and ease in how you move and inhabit yourself.
